Installation Procedures and Formula
Installation procedures and formulae to be used to determine quantities of composition for bigger tyres.
Step One
Ensure all fittings are securely connected
Ensure that all fittings are well connected and that there are no leaks on the applicator. Open the FILLER CAP (1) and pour
the correct amount of tyre sealant composition into the applicator as per the photo one (1). Close the FILLER CAP (1). Make
100% sure that the BALL VALVE (2) is in the closed position.
Step Two
Remove the inner core valve of the tire
Remove the inner core valve of the tyre that you want to apply the tyre sealant composition into. Now attach the end of the
PIPE (4) to the valve of the tyre and make sure it is properly fastened to the valve with the hose clamp provided. Attach the
compressor to the VALVE (3) on the applicator as in photo (3).
Step Three
Pressurize the applicator with the compressor
​Pressurise the applicator with the compressor up to 6 Bar. Now open the BALL VALVE (2) and keep the compressor attach to
the VALVE (3) on the applicator until all the tyre sealant composition is applied to the tyre. Once all the composition is applied
to the tyre close the BALL VALVE (2) and remove the compressor from the VALVE (3) on the applicator.
Step Four
Detach the pipe and clean the applicator
Now remove the PIPE (4) from the tyre Valve. Re – insert the inner core valve into the tyre valve. You can now inflate the tyre to
its correct pressure. Once all the above is done clean the applicator thoroughly with water and store in a dry place.
